1./Definitions

Definitions of terms used in this Policy are defined in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Infotv.”) and in accordance with the definitions set out in the interpretative provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council Repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”).

Personal data/information: data that can be associated with a particular natural person (hereinafter referred to as ‘the data subject’), in particular the name, identification mark and one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the data subject, in order to draw conclusions about the data subject. The personal data shall retain this quality during processing for as long as the link with the data subject can be established;

Handling data: whatever the procedure used, any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the data, in particular the collection, admission, recording, organization, storage, alteration, use, consultation, disclosure, transmission, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure and destruction of personal data and the prevention of their further use;

Consent: a voluntary and explicit indication of the data subject’s wishes, based on appropriate information, giving his or her unambiguous consent to the processing of all or some of the personal data relating to him or her.

Objection: a statement by the data subject objecting to the processing of his or her personal data and requesting the cessation of the processing or the deletion of the processed data.

Data processing: the performance of technical tasks related to data processing operations, irrespective of the method and means used to perform the operations and the place of application, provided that the technical task is performed on the data;

Data destruction: the complete physical destruction of a data medium containing data;

Transfer of data: making Personal Data available to a specified third party;

Disclosure: making Personal Data available to anyone;

Data processor: a natural or legal person or an unincorporated body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

Data erasure: making data unrecognizable in such a way that it cannot be recovered;

Machine processing: includes the following operations if they are carried out wholly or partly by automated means: storage of data, logical or arithmetical operations on data, alteration, deletion, retrieval and dissemination of data;

 

2./The purpose of the Information sheet

To record the data protection rules, procedures and safeguards applied in the processing of personal data in connection with the use of services provided through the website www.hrtracing.hu operated by HRT Intertrans Ltd. or the ordering of products and services sold, as well as the processing of CVs sent for the purpose of applying for a job at HRT Intertrans Ltd. Visiting the website does not require registration.

The Data Controller shall also inform its customers, partners and all natural and legal persons who have any legal relationship with the Data Controller and who are affected by the processing of personal data, of the rules for the processing of personal data processed by the Data Controller, the protection measures applied, the procedures and the way of processing.

4./ What principles does HRT Intertrans Ltd. consider important when processing your personal data?

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation. The security of the personal data provided will be protected by the technical and organizational measures possible and necessary. In doing so, we pay particular attention to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data. HRT Intertrans Ltd. is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data once you have provided it.

 

5./ Categories of data subjects:

The data subjects of the processing activities resulting from the operation of the website are visitors to the website, users requesting a quote through the website, persons ordering products/services presented on the website, and job applicants submitting a CV or requesting a quote through the form.

 

6./ Scope of personal data processed

When using a website

Data that can be provided at the user’s discretion:

· First and last name, phone number, e-mail address, password

Technical data to be recorded during the operation of the system:

· the data of the user’s computer logging in, which are generated during the use of the service and which are recorded by HRT Intertrans Ltd.’s system as an automatic result of technical processes.

The data that is automatically recorded is automatically logged by the system at login and logout, without any special declaration or action by the user. These data cannot be linked to other personal data of the user, except in cases required by law. The data can only be accessed by FIRST 111 Ltd.

 

Tailored service, using Cookies,

In order to provide a personalized service, it places a small packet of data (“cookie”) on the user’s computer. The purpose of the cookie is to ensure the highest possible quality of the site in order to enhance the user experience. The website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of the website. 7./ Duration of Data Processing

HRT Intertrans Ltd. will only process data that is essential for the sale of the goods in the form and for the period required by law.

The user has the right to access and update the personal data provided during registration and to request their deletion, and, except in the case of a live order, to modify them at any time on the website (see below “What rights do you have regarding the personal data processed by HRT Intertrans Ltd?”)

In the event of unlawful or fraudulent use of personal data or in the event of a criminal offence or system attack committed by the user, HRT Intertrans Ltd. is entitled to delete the data immediately upon termination of the user’s registration, but in the event of suspicion of criminal offence or civil liability, HRT Intertrans Ltd. is also entitled to retain the personal data for the duration of the proceedings to be conducted.

Data which are automatically, technically recorded during the operation of the system are stored in the system for a period of time from the moment they are generated that is reasonable to ensure the operation of the system. HRT Intertrans Ltd. ensures that these automatically recorded data cannot be linked to other personal data of the user, except in cases required by law.

If the user ceases to give his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data or unsubscribes from the newsletter service, his/her identity will no longer be identifiable on the basis of the technical data.

 

8./ What are your rights in relation to the personal data processed by HRT Intertrans Ltd?

Where HRT Intertrans Ltd. processes your personal data, you have the following rights under the GDPR; the time limit for compliance (unless extended) is one month at most from the date of receipt of the request:

· the right to information and access, whereby the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller feedback as to whether or not his or her personal data are being processed and, if such processing is taking place, the right to access to the personal data, the categories of personal data concerned, the purposes of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom or which the personal data have been or will be disclosed, where applicable, the envisaged period of storage of the personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria for determining that period, the right of the data subject to obtain from the controller the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data relating to him or her and to object to the processing of such personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

 

· the right to rectification, according to which the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, at his or her request and without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to him or her and, having regard to the purposes of the processing, the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary declaration.

 

· the right to erasure, whereby the data subject shall have the right to obtain, upon his or her request and without undue delay, the erasure of personal data relating to him or her which are processed on the basis of his or her consent.

 

· the right to restriction of processing, whereby the data subject has the right to obtain restriction of processing at the controller’s request where the data subject contests the accuracy of personal data or where the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests instead the restriction of their use; and, where the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing but the data subject requests them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or where the data subject has objected to the processing, in which case the restriction shall apply for a period of time until it is established whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override the legitimate grounds of the data subject.

 

· the right to object, under which the data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of his or her personal data where the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party. The Company shall not cease processing on the basis of the objection if the processing is justified by compelling legitimate grounds which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or are related to the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

 

 

· the right to data portability, whereby the data subject has the right to receive personal data relating to him or her which he or she has provided to a controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on the data subject’s consent or on consent given for the processing of special categories of personal data for one or more specific purposes or on a contract; and the processing is carried out by automated means.

 

9./ Security and confidentiality

HRT Intertrans Ltd. undertakes to ensure the security of the data, to take technical measures to ensure that the data collected, stored and processed are protected and to take all necessary measures to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use and unauthorized alteration.

To this end, HRT Intertrans Ltd. uses data networks that are protected by, among other things, standard firewall and password protection. Only employees who are required to work with personal data, who are qualified to handle such data and who comply with strict rules on confidentiality, have access to personal data.

It also undertakes to require any third parties to whom it may transfer or disclose the data to comply with its obligations in this respect.

 

10./ Amendment of the Privacy Policy

HRT Intertrans Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time by unilateral decision. Following the modification of the Privacy Policy, all users shall be informed in an appropriate manner (newsletter, login pop-up). By continuing to use the service, users accept the modified privacy policy and no further consent is required.

 

11./ Client rights and enforcement options

In all cases, we will endeavor to settle any disputes with HRT Intertrans Ltd. amicably in accordance with the applicable complaint handling principles. If the dispute cannot be settled amicably, Hungarian law shall govern the settlement of disputes, both substantively and procedurally.
